PAYMENT POLICY & TUITION
*Please click here to download our tuition information.
Tuition is based on a semester system. Semesters include 17 weekly lessons and one week reserved at the end of the semester for make-up lessons.
KOKO Music does not confirm the student's lesson slot until we receive all the agreements and fees.
Registration Fees:
There is a $50 non-refundable annual registration fee for all students.
*The annual registration fee is very active and important for the music school, as it mainly helps cover administrative costs and studio maintenance, such as biannual piano tuning and purchasing new strings for studio guitars, which is not included in the tuition. We'd so appreciate your understanding.
Payment Methods:
Tuition is based on a semester system of 17 weekly lessons, and payment is due in full before the first lesson.
If you choose to pay with a monthly installment plan, payment will be made in 5 installments due by the 10th of each month. Monthly payment plans require a VOIDED check to ensure semester tuition will be paid in full.
Tuition and fees may be paid by check, money order, cash or Zelle.
5-week Trial Lesson Package:
The fee for the 5-week trial lesson package must be paid in full as a one-time payment. We cannot change it to a monthly payment plan. Additionally, there are no refunds available if you decide to cancel early.
Late Payment Fees:
All monthly payments must be made by the 10th of each month. If a payment is submitted after this deadline, a $30 late fee will be added to your invoice on the following day, the 11th.
