MUSICOCOTTE – 8-week session (Oct 1 – Nov 19)
Thursday, 3:30–4:10 PM Only 1 seat remaining ✨ Through singing, colors, and play, children discover the joy of music and build a strong musical foundation. This intimate eight-week program for up to 5 children combines solfège training with hands-on exploration—learning to sing in pitch syllables, reading music with color-coded notes, playing melodies on colorful bells, and discovering rhythm and basic music concepts together. Led by a team of two instructors, MUSICOCOTTE creates a structured yet playful space where music comes alive as a true language. |

OUR STORY
Welcome to KOKO Music DUMBO! We offer Early Childhood Music Classes for children aged 3&4 inspired by Solfège techniques, as well as private/semi-private lessons for PIANO, GUITAR, and VOICE at all levels.
We are a small, engaging, child-centered music school that values intimacy and coziness. Our aim is to offer quality lessons that are highly adaptable, allowing every student and family to develop a close relationship with each teacher, fostering a vibrant musical community. Therefore, we work best with families who are interested in building a long-term relationship with music. Our students range from absolute beginners to advanced learners, spanning from 3 to 80 years old! We provide performance chances twice a year at a professional music venue.
KOKO means "here" in Japanese — and here is where music becomes something we build together. At KOKO MUSIC, every voice is welcome: we meet each learner exactly where they are, and give them room to grow into their own sound. We've kept KOKO Music intentionally small because staying small is what lets every teacher truly know every student.
Our practice utilizes unique and individualized methods that enhance the students' learning experiences through tailored programs. Our goal is not just to offer lessons, but to cultivate and provide student-centered, positive, engaging and quality musical experiences in intimate and comfortable settings to expand the potential in students of all abilities, and to support each student as music becomes a meaningful part of their life over time.
Our team are dedicated professional musicians and educators who have a genuine passion and love for teaching children and adults of all levels. Music brings beauty and inspiration into their everyday lives, while gently teaching them important life lessons — like patience, resilience, focus, and the courage to keep trying. It's not just about playing notes; it's about helping each child discover their own voice and shine in their own unique way. It is our greatest pleasure to share this gift that lasts a lifetime!
