We strongly believe that building a healthy and strong teacher-student relationship is essential to a successful learning experience. Therefore, we offer adaptive and inclusive private lessons carefully tailored and personalized for each student based on their strengths, preferences, and goals. We ensure their well-rounded musical development by teaching fundamentals such as reading notes/chords and playing with proper technique through fun and engaging exercises in improvisation, singing, composition, music theory, and rhythm games.
*Classes are 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Please consult with your teacher for recommended lesson length.
PIANO SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
Classes are 30 or 45 minutes and recommended for two students of similar ages and abilities. This class is designed to learn basic piano/music skills as well as musicianship! All musicians need to respect and listen to each other to create music harmoniously together. Students will be introduced to the piano, and encouraged to learn how to read and write musical notations, listen, sing, and clap rhythms. Collaborating is an important part of making music. Students will be introduced to duets where they will both be able to perform together.
*Semi-private lessons must have 2 participants, as we do not offer participant matching.
ADAPTIVE PIANO LESSONS
This class is designed for neurodiverse music learners who are interested in playing piano.A credentialized music therapist with experience teaching piano to students with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioral issues will assist their learning process. Our goal is to offer fun lessons with concise and appropriate directions along with consistent emotional support to allow the student to achieve their highest musical potential while enjoying every step of the process.
